Here is my metaphor poem Rikesh is a lamborghini, sleek and exotic Rikesh is a comedian packed with  jokes, that make people burst out with laughter Rikesh is a light bulb, flashing  with awesome ideas Rikesh is a memory card, full of thrilling things Rikesh is a credit card, jammed with money

Kaitiakitanga O Te Moana

In Te Ngahere we have been learning about making connections between different things we read or view. Our topic was about Kaitiakitanga O Te Moana which means guardians of the ocean. We learnt about rahui, kina barrens and kaitiakitanga. A rahui is a area that you can’t fish or take seafood  and a kina barren is group of little spiky balls that lives in seas of New Zealand's. After writing down all the new information we had to make something to show our learn like a quiz, poster or google slide. What I did well was understanding what I read. Next time I need to not sit by my friends and not getting distracted.
