In Te Maunga we have be reading this book called Wonder. This book is about a kid called August. He had 27 surgeries! His parents have be homeschooling him for his whole life. His last surgery was a few months ago and his next surgery will be in 7 years.  That means he can go to school. This  is his first time going to a real school. I recommend you to read this book.

In Te Maunga we have been choosing our goals for the term.  We had to chose a challenging goal for the term. My maths goal is to solve simple equivalent ratio problems, recall all basic multiplication facts and count forwards and backwards in 1/2's 1/4's 1/3's 1/5's  1/10's. My reading goals is making inferences. I haven’t decided what my writing goal is yet.

In Te Maunga we had Mr Lindsay. He told us to go on google earth and find something cool to write about. What I research about was the Colosseum. What I learnt about was Colosseum. Here is my work
